If you are a human being from the planet earth, and you live in the 21st century, you will most probably be in some sort of workout routine or regime. We all know that everyone in this day and age, wherever they live on the planet, is into fitness and looking good.

We can all blame the celebrities for that, darn them for looking so good and upstaging the rest of us. However, we can all look at it as a good thing, because who else will we look at for inspiration if we can not look at the people in the spot lights everyday of their lives?

This is many times my reaction towards people that think they know it all. Not saying that I m always right, because that would automatically make me one of them; but I’m sure you know what I mean. It is sad to see how just something as simple as a thought; yet so powerful and profound at the same time can derail someone to crash in agony, pain, disease and sickness through out their entire lives.

God, Mother Nature, and Evolution whichever you decide to call that Supreme power have carefully placed everything you need within your reach. It is merely waiting for your recognition of it in order to be manifested.

I find more and more ‘franchise opportunities’ that ’sell’ what I work so hard to deliver. Is there a
